Looking for a new opportunity? The claims investigations department is looking for an individual to fill the post of a Junior Claims Investigator. Minimum Qualification Required
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 years insurance claims experience
Desktop/Merit Investigations background essential
Claims Accident Investigations experience essential or exposure required.
Solid understanding of STI claims procedures: Inclusive of claims, investigations and legal department processes Knowledge and Skills Claims settlements of a complex nature Payment approval and rejections Automotive Damage Claims Assessing and processing of claims Operate within claims guidelines and compliance Personal Attributes Interpersonal savvy - Contributing independently Decision quality - Contributing independently Action orientated - Contributing independently Optimises work processes - Contributing independently Build a successful career with us
