JOB SUMMARY:
The Colonial Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for it's team. This is a remote position that offers part time flexible hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This individual is responsible for assisting our customers with gaining access to our carrier platforms and keeping their data up to date.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners.
  • Assist customers with updating or changing their contact information.
  • Process user changes, terminations and transfers between agencies.
  • Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures.
  • Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status.
  • Pursue a program of personal and professional development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
