· Good hands-on experience in HPE Non-Stop Administration
· Knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Change & Service Request management.
Should be able to work with colleagues from different cultures and drive L1/L2 colleagues
· Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
· Flexibility to work in 24x7 support & on-call models
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent in Verbal and Written communication
· Strong Business Communication skills
· Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands
· Expected to perform various HPE Non-Stop Administration activities and handle escalated requests from the L1 support personnel
· Expected to play Level 2 role for infrastructure Administration, Incident and change management for the Service
· Monitoring, troubleshooting, batch job management, backup and restore, hardening, firmware and software update management, performance management, Network configuration, Cluster and IO module configuration.
· Contribution to automation by analyzing repeated tasks and transform to automated tasks there by reducing manual effort
· Perform analysis of repeated incidents and come up solutions that help in preventing such incidents
