We are interviewing for an Insurance Advisor - Motor Insurance as a home-based position to start immediately. Energetic and self-motivated insurance professionals who will go out of their way to delight our existing and bring in new customers.
Work involves outbound calls and servicing incoming queries on motor insurance products. Strong consulting and negotiation skills are a must in order to be successful in selling covers to prospects or existing clients and provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call all the way to issuing the policy. You will be preparing and presenting motor quotations, emailing and following up, and confidently servicing and consulting each prospect.

Responsibilities:
- Sales-driven candidates only with a proven track record of being good with sales (Motor Insurance sales experience- preferred)
- Goal-oriented, ensuring the monthly thresholds (Bare minimum targets) are achieved
- Good with keeping track of follow-ups, Excellent communication skills (Phone, Email, and WhatsApp)
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, and self-motivated to earn maximum rewards
- Responsible for providing professional advice to inquiring clients when it comes to motor insurance and working on a monthly sales target.
- Analyzing every requirement, suggesting the appropriate motor insurance solutions
- Collecting information from the clients and reviewing their insurance requirements, structuring then quotes with our insurance partners and presenting to the client
- Preparing covers' comparisons and constantly engaging with every lead, emailing and following up daily in order to convert the maximum number of deals.
- Responsible for negotiating the premiums and covers with insurance companies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of proven experience in insurance/ business development/sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Patient, apt at rebuttals, and knows how to handle objections
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- 30 wpm and 95% accuracy typing skills
Work Remotely: Yes
Working Hours: 12 hours per day
Work Schedule: 9 am to 9 pm GST Mondays to Saturdays
Off Days: Sundays and once a month 3 consecutive days off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
