About the Role:
Boston Scientific is looking for an Intern through a program promoted by the Portuguese Government, “Estágio Profissional”, based in Lisbon.
The candidate we are looking for will sign an internship contract with the government of Portugal and he/she will work in Boston Scientific for 9 months. The person will be based in the Lisbon office.
They will be part of the neuromodulation team, dealing with high technologic devices.
It is mandatory that the candidate has never done an “Estágio Profissional” before.

In this role you will be responsible to:
- Promote the link within the technical information and clinical application, being the channel with the technical terminologies in the field of Neuro-modulation.
- Develop trainings to transfer know-how into the field internally and exter-nally.
- Develop knowledge and skills in the technical areas of Neuromodulation (Deep Brain Stimulation & Spinal Cord Stimulation)
- Troubleshooting of complex technical issues or complex situation, applying guidelines/tips & tricks to solve those.
- Create, analyze data bases related to technical/clinical projects developed in the country
What are we looking for in you:
- The candidate must be less than 30 years old, in order to comply with the "Estágio Profissional” rules;
- Studies background: Neurofisiologia ou Fisiologia Clínica (Licenciatura);
- Advanced level on Office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Microsoft Access will be considered;
- Knowledge on data base design and analysis.
