Position: Vehicle Painter Sprayer/Prepper
Location: Slough
Salary: £40,000 + £6,000 bonus

Hours: Flexible (Mon-Wed, 4 weeks on; Thur-Sat, 4 weeks on; 12.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week)

Join our client's growing team as a Paint-Prep Technician in a privately owned business. You'll be responsible for efficient and safe Bodyshop work, meeting business requirements, and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate preparation and repainting of motor vehicles.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying additional faults for repair.
• Complying with safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Ongoing training and development to stay updated.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in car preparation and painting.
• Background in accident repair and the Bodyshop industry.
• Smart Repairers considered.
