Job Summary
The Surface Diamond Drilling Foreman is responsible for ensuring smooth and adequate running of the project. He must complete various reports related to drilling, but also perform various tasks on the equipment
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities
•visit drill sites;
•Cleans old drilling sites
•Prepares new drilling sites
•Move drills;
•Does the equipment Inventory;
•Completes drilling reports
•Completes inspection reports
•All other tasks related to the position will be considered
Profile and Requirements
•Hold a Surface Diamond Drilling Common Core Certificate;
•Hold a Generic First Line Common Core Certificate for Supervisors;
•Have more than 5 years’ experience in the field of drilling;
•Hold a valid driver’s license;
Have computer skills;
•Have leadership and be a good motivator;
Have a strong sense of resourcefulness and be independent;
•Skills for planning, organizing and controlling activities under your responsibility;
•Dedicated to operational efficiency and health and safety of workers and compliance with company standards and customer applicable legalization;
•Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory;
•Be in good physical shape;
