Job Requirement :

 Degree Holder in any related area from a reputable institution.

 More than 8 years’ experience in international student recruitment for higher education sector.

 Excellent communication skills in English. Excellent in negotiating and presentation skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of people.

 Able to produce regional analytical reports with strategic recommendation.

 Willing to travel and work beyond normal working hours.

Job Role :

1. Drive student engagement and recruitment opportunities to meet or exceed international enrolment targets. This may change as required based on the university’s needs.

2. Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to establish effective recruitment and promotional plans.

3. Implement recruitment plans to attract, cultivate, and yield prospective students. Conduct presentations at overseas education fairs, universities, other institutions of higher learning, and high schools.

4. Contribute to the development of marketing messages and collaterals for international markets in consultation with the Marketing team.

5. To work collaboratively with the international student recruitment teams of the UK and China campus.

6. Provide support and comprehensive training to appointed representatives and partners, and ensure that they have full, up-to-date knowledge of products and key developments in the university.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with key international student advisory agencies, agents, clients, and international universities

8. Undertake market research and produce country and market analyses and strategy, contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of international student recruitment activity.

9. Provide support, information and develop good relations with a wide range of internal contacts including colleagues within Admissions, Visa, Student Registry, Accommodation, Career Advisory Service, Student Association and Faculties. Provide current, accurate and relevant information and suggestions for university admissions staff to support student applications and conversion to enrolment.

10. Develop budgets for all activities (recruitment, events, yielding, travel, program development, etc.). Propose revisions as needed.

11. Recommend initiatives and changes to improve quality and services for all activities (including recruitment, program development, etc.)

12. Coach and motivate staff and provide ongoing mentorship and professional development.

13. Performs other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Salary: From RM6,300.00 per month
