Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing company P&L above & below OIBT, analyzing balance sheet flux, and conducting all monthly/quarterly/annually closing procedures across functions to assure on-time and accurate closing.
Assist, perform and aligned within team (in-country and project team) to engage and execution of integration and transformation of two entities if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Closing process:

  • Must align and following with company closing, projection, budgeting, ASR calendar schedule.
  • Perform month/quarter/year-end closing procedures within finance department and cross functions. Ensures all designated balance sheet accounts are on-time and accurate reconciled.
  • Conduct closing and booking. Ensure all P&L lines above Gross Profit are on-time and accurate reconciled and detail analyze gap between projection, prior- year and budget - Coordinate for yearly costing run.

Forecasting:

  • Provide regional released standard cost and analysis file to FP&As, ensure all variances in the file identified among finance team before distributed out.
  • Meet the company financial result, including DSO, cash level etc.
  • Coordinate with functional department heads and perform budget, budget recalibration, each projection.

Credit Check, Analysis and Cash Management:

  • Manage & Execute credit risk analysis with existing and new customers.
  • Prepare with customers payment terms and maintain customers’ credit. Co-work with sales team to ensure cash collection and update monthly outstanding status and follow up action item. Also, close monitor on credit exposure and collections status.

Daily Operations:

  • Review the daily operations and recommend changes for operations and ensure all the accounting transactions meet the regulations both local and IFRS, e.g. full responsibility of Revenue recognition impact of each BU
  • Work closely with cross function team to ensure compliance of global policy with zero tolerance
  • Daily preparation of invoices and monthly rebate
  • DSO managing and AR overdue monitoring
  • Provide operational support to Finance Manager/Director
  • Ad hoc project assigned

Taxation Filling:

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly statutory and tax fillings (NHI, withholding tax, corporate tax, accounting entries and maintaining documents for tax audits)
  • Bi-monthly VAT filling, VAT reconciliation and other tax related issue submission
  • Coordinate/in-charge on physical count annually with functional departments. - Work with tax regional manager for ROI/SIP calculation

Reports preparation:

  • Prepare reports based on WW and Greater Asia requirements

Internal and External Auditing:

  • Key contact for coordinating with EY of yearly financial audit, tax return, and TP reports
  • Meet company internal control policy and responsible of internal audit task

Training

  • Accounting Priciple Service

  • Company new T&E polict

ERP enhancement, integration and transformation if needed

Job Requirements:

  • BA of accounting or above
  • At least 8 years accounting related experience, MNC experience is a plus
  • 3+ year CPA firm experience
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
  • Capacity for continuous learning
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions skills and qualifications
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and in a constantly evolving working environment
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking
