Car Park Attendants manage car parking structures and parking areas. Ensure the security of cars parked from theft or vandalism, collect fees required by private or public entities and help locate automobiles. Duties and tasks - Ensure and checking parked vehicles with valid tickets/system. - Collect required fees necessary to access car parking facilities, possibly keeping track of cash flow and car count. - Direct motorists to parking areas and available spaces. - Operate parking system, cash collection machine, boom gates, chains or fences at entrance and exit points. - Safeguard and patrol cars parked within parking areas from car and property theft or vandalism from the time of entry until departure - Provide customer service support to customers from any inquiries, car break down, theft & etc. - Ensure parking facilities are in proper order maintenance, safety and clean. - To handle season pass enquiries and issuance of passes and receipts. - Monitor the car park CCTV, and report any suspicious activities.
