Subsea Production Systems Denmark are seeking a Document Controller in NOV Flexibles, you will be part of a great team of dedicated specialists in the Project Department. The team has the responsibility of handling documentation on customer projects and securing high quality as well as compliance to internal procedures and project specific requirements. You will be responsible for several projects where you will be in charge of receiving and issuing documents to and from customers, suppliers, and our factory in Kalundborg
In the job you will:
- Be primary contact to the customer, 3 rd parties and suppliers with regards to documentation on various projects
- Ensure that all documentation is delivered to customer requirements and internal procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents in RigDoc
- Check document metadata of internally created documents
- Prepare project specific document templates
- Update document forecast dates
- Assist users of RigDoc
We expect that you
- Work systematically and structured with the documentation assignments
- Ensure proper quality of the work performed making sure that all procedures and standards are followed and complied with
- Maintain a positive attitude towards changes as this is a necessity to create the most value for NOV
- Are a highly-motivated and reliable team player
- Are used to working with Adobe and MS Office (word, excel)
- Have experience in working with Document Control and with Document Control systems
- Pay attention to details
