MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting Purchase to Pay KPIs.
- First point of contact for global teams' inquiries on KPI reporting and analysis.
- Monitoring Purchase to Pay performance and finding out the improvement areas, implementing the changes.
- Supervising Purchase to Pay team on performance management related areas and monitoring related actions.
- Responsible for simplification and digitalization in Purchase to Pay area.
- Preparing on time in full reports and presentations with deep dive analysis on performance trends, taking related actions and following up.
- Responsible for the projects carried out by Purchase to Pay department
- Contributing for the goals of the team, level of success and performance, determining the training and development needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline,
- Experience in preferably in Purchase to Pay or Accounts Payable, 5-6 years especially in global markets,
- Familiarity with accounting and finance principles,
- Must be skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data, digital tools.
- Ability to act in a multifunctional environment,
- Organized & detail oriented; able to keep sight of multiple deadlines & responsibilities. Result oriented working attitude without compromising the quality of work,
- Critical thinking and problem solving by questioning, analyzing, evaluating, and acting accordingly,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to express her / his ideas, thoughts, and suggestions,
- Advanced computer skills especially in MS Office applications and SAP. ERP and Power BI experience is an asset,
- Fluency in English and Turkish
