Solution Analyst - Industrialization Program, Global Managed Services

The opportunity
As the Offerings Solution Architect, you will own the development of Managed Services standard architecture frameworks and offering components and the solution architecture for one or more priority managed services solutions; e.g., Financial Crime, Tax Finance Operate, etc.
You will design and support the development of managed services solutions to ensure offerings meet clients’ needs and align with EY’s overall strategy, direction, and standards.
You will also work with offering and platform teams through the offering development lifecycle to define, update, and communicate architecture artifacts. You will be responsible for integrating input from the product/offering team, platform team(s), Client Technology, Service Lines, Go to Market, Deal Solution Architects, and other groups in the industrialization of the offering.
The role reports to the Offerings Solution Architect Lead in Global Managed Services.
Your key responsibilities
- Design the solution architecture framework and offering components required for a compelling, standardized, and industrialized managed services offering
- Translate business and technical requirements into operational, architectural blueprints and artifacts to achieve business objectives
- Propose architecture solutions based on business and technology considerations, and suitable alternatives to satisfy client needs
- Analyze the current product/offering architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
- Support the EY Managed Services delivery team with the transition and establishment of the managed services
- Capture knowledge into EY artifacts that can be used to support Managed Services pursuits and EY’s overall approach– e.g., updated offering or solution architecture
- Run training programs for managed services deal teams and offering leads
- Support the recruitment and development of solution talent into the Managed Services Enablement team
- Produce offering solution documents consistent with EY offering lifecycle; e.g., offering architecture and operations model
Skills and attributes for success
- This role requires flexibility in working with various EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones.
- Experience with global products and consultative delivery experience
- Working with client and delivery teams to co-develop solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy and ability to design business processes accordingly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain business concepts to lay audiences
- Experience working with board level stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
- Results oriented with the ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
- Good understanding of Agile principles and development methodologies
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5+ years of working in a complex managed services environment
- Experience of complex client requirements that you will be able to turn into comprehensible and simplified solution
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Work experience with an outsourcing organization
- Industry certifications: CITA-P, SOA Architect, ITIL Master, TOGAF 9, AZURE Architect certification
- Experience architecting solutions with global data privacy controls
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Management or team leadership experience
