JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • Experience requirement: 1-3 years in purchasing or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
  • Able to negotiate effectively with suppliers

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research and source suppliers to bring in the best-quality products at the best price
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure all deliveries are received and documented accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and delivery dates
  • Collaborate across departments and ensure purchasing activities are aligned with overall company objectives
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid stock outs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with trends and pricing in the industry
  • Create and present reports on purchasing trends and performance metrics to management
  • Recommend improvements to the purchasing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
