Call consulting with internal and external customers. Internal customers is for VAK employees, providing customer's information, managing their schedule, consulting for any problem. External customers is for real customers, consulting for rent a machine, related with some documents, patient's condition, and how to use the machine properly, and so on.It is the duty to Review customer documents and enter the customer's information into ERP and related the computerized system.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Customer information management
1)Manage customer information related files and update customer information
2)Providing and managing virtual accounts to customers
2. Review and Manage New Installation Documents
1)Checking new installation documents & communication with employees about errors that need correction
2)National Health Insurance Service Registration Management for New Patients
3)Entering customer information into the computerized system(Techcare CX, ERP, Shared files) & Filing customer charts
3. Renewal prescription and realated documents management
1)Checking CPAP prescription and related documents(usage log, bill, etc)
2)Communication with employees about errors that need correction
3)Entering customer information into the computerized system(Techcare CX, ERP, Shared files) & Filing customer charts
4)Sending text messages for the expiration of the prescription to customers every month and notify it by phone call.
4. Etc.
1) Managing documents related to device replacement and updating customer information
2) Managing documents related to device sales and updating customer information
