Your responsibility while working with us would be to plan, design, and develop content that can be published and reproduced to meet our commercial and communication objectives. To achieve this, you must utilise a range of visual mediums like text, symbols, pictures, colours, and layout. Tailoring your message to your intended audience is crucial, ensuring that it resonates and connects with them.
Tasks
- Develop creative concepts and designs that communicate brand messages effectively.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and online content
- Produce high-quality graphics across multiple channels and platforms, including social media, print and digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with external and internal teams to develop engaging and creative visual content.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all materials.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design visual materials for our brand, including digital and print media
- Work closely with the team members to create designs that effectively communicate brand message.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales and promotional materials
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all marketing materials
- Provide input on design direction and overall marketing strategy
Hours
This is a full-time position, 30 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Skills Required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coreldraw and Acrobat)
- Strong design skills, including layout, and colour theory
- Experience with digital design and production
- Understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Education & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience and proven track record in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong portfolio of design work
Requirements
- Must be able to work in New Zealand and have the right to work in the country
- Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanour.
