Job Description
- Leading a large team in a fast paced environment and ensuring your department has an unwavering standard of cleanliness, quality and efficiency to deliver the Novotel standard
- A strong communicator, who is highly organised, motivating and empowering who inspires their team to produce great guest service
- The ability to Multi-task - ensuring costs, rostering and budgets are all accounted for, timelines are met and always looking at ways to increase profitability.
- Working alongside a team of experienced leaders to ensure the Hotel runs smoothly.
