As a Digital GSC Manufacturing Business Analyst your role is to support applications management and to contribute to local or regional project initiatives for Manufacturing sites in Europe.
The main responsibilities include:
- Provide on demand ERP solution expertise to our manufacturing sites in Europe
- Manage applications evolutions, from business requirements clarification up to solution deployment to Live environment
- Provide knowledge of local processes for new projects, capture local requirements to support new initiatives
- Promote and facilitate deployment of best practices and innovative solutions, ensure alignment of processes and solutions
- Contribute to ERP deployment projects and to local or regional projects impacting European manufacturing sites, facilitate proper integration with local landscape / context
- Interact with internal and external partners for application solution delivery
- Monitor incidents management process and bring expertise to solve issues on operations when requested
Qualifications:

Education
- Master Engineering Degree
Job Related Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in similar position
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing and logistic execution business processes
- Experience in IT industry and IT delivery model Technical Skills
- ERP solution (SAP PP/MM/WM modules)
- Microsoft O365 tools Soft Skills - Leadership - Communication skills - Customer and delivery oriented Language - English Travel requirements - In average once ever
