RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance program required for the company to operate within acceptable standards
- Liaise with officers and staff to ensure proper implementation of established compliance policies
- Review internal bank policies to ensure they align with external banking regulations
- Conduct research to identify new regulations that impact the organization
- Monitor client financial activities to ensure they are legal and in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, internal audit unit, IT and others to forward compliance issues for investigation
- Assist to initiate or recommend an investigative process in response to complaints of policy or procedural violation
- Assist in developing systems for the handling and resolution of policy violation
- Assist in conduct compliance testing prior to an external audit to ensure the organization’s policies and operations are up to standard
- Assist in monitoring the operations and procedures of the different sections of the organization to ensure overall compliance
- Assist in carrying out assessments to identify areas of potential compliance risks in order to implement preventive/corrective strategies to address compliance issues
- Provide reports on a regular basis to senior management to keep them updated on progress of compliance operations
- Organize compliance programs to educate personnel on recent and already existing compliance requirements
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and workshops to improve job knowledge
- Assist in managing all the details of a compliance program from planning, organizing, and controlling of a bank’s compliance activities
- Assist in ensuring that clients carry out activities within acceptable legal boundaries
- Carry out research to stay abreast with public interest and consumer protection and data protection laws
- Render assistance in conducting compliance testing and inspections to ensure the organization adheres to set internal and external laws
REQUIREMENTS
➢ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
➢ Compliance experience is a plus but not required
➢ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in business and business development
➢ Demonstrated success in exceeding assigned goals and expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
