Job Description:
It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on Canada based IT OR IT Functional positions.
Required Skills:
- 6 Month to 3 years of experience with Canada IT/IT Functional Recruitment.
- Manage & Fulfil end to end Canada based IT/IT Functional requirements for Full-time and contract hiring.
- Experience in hiring Candidate for Bilingual (English & French) roles for Canadian locations.
- Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
- Experience in building good pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translate these referrals into “hiring numbers”.
- Experience working on ATS.
- Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.
BFSI Role Handling Experience would be a plus
