Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities. Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of each opportunity.
Generate leads and prospect new clients: Use various channels, such as networking events, cold calling, email marketing, and social media, to generate leads and identify potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiations: Present the company's products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique value proposition and benefits. Conduct negotiations to secure new contracts or partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Build and maintain relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Foster trust and credibility through regular communication and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. Provide insights and feedback from the market to assist in product/service enhancements or new offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies. Identify potential threats or opportunities and make recommendations to the management team.
Achieve sales targets and objectives: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve individual and team targets. Regularly track progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. Generate sales reports and forecasts to provide insights to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Willingness to travel, as required

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
