Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiating contract or prefer rates with vendors of direct travel, such as hotel, airline, and payment systems.
- Managing positive relationship with travel-related company and vendors
- Create and implement a business plan and strategy for our service based on pre-discussed KPIs (number of sales, average spend, customer footfall, etc.)
- Set targets and objectives for both the group company as a whole as well as individual team members
- Actively find ways to better promote our service to increase our customer base and footfall on site
- Find ways to both monitor and improve customer satisfaction rates
- Report progress and present store statistics to our board of directors on a regular basis (e.g. quarterly)
- Lead the team and guide, assist, and support where necessary to ensure great employee satisfaction and retention
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality and Tourism
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Up to date on applicable state licensing or registration requirements
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years
- Experience in Travel industry in a plus Additional Requirements
- Experience in the Travel industry or related fields.
- Working knowledge of travel and tourism.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (oral and writing).
- An analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Basic Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Passionate, Punctual & Time management.

Salary: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
