Role: Assistant Manager - Operations Excellence

What you should have:
- An intrinsic love for the numbers. Detail oriented and numerically proficient with a problem solving mindset
- 1-3 years’ experience in operational management, knowledge of SQL to automate calculations, data analysis
- Attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently presenting the information to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve operational performance.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency
· Developing and implementing flow for operational procedures
· Communicating operational metrics and progress to senior management and other stakeholders (internal and external).
· Assisting in fine tuning the product development, implementation strategies, product mix and business plans for efficient products and projects.
· Coordinating with outbound call center to maximize profitability, evaluating their sales strategies, assist in drafting scripts, team distribution, shift analysis etc.

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
