My client is based in the heart of Christchurch and looking for a Senior Trust Lawyer to join their Trusts & Estate team.
The firm has built an excellent reputation with a long-standing client base in Trusts & Estates Law and leads the way with Trust management, the firm has invested in the most up-to-date Trust Precedents and Trust Management Systems.
The work:
- Asset Protection and Ownership Arrangments
- Creation of Family Trusts
- Reviewing existing Trusts and Settlements
- Proving advice on eligibility of government-funded grants Trust litigation
- Charitable Trusts
- Advising on Trustee and beneficiary rights
About you:
- You will currently be practicing in Trust Law
- Be a subject matter expert on Trusts
- Your expertise will cover a broad range of Trust issues
- An elite understanding of the Trust Act
- Ideally 4-5+ PQE
