Risk Generalist and Advisory is responsible for the development of policies, standard operating procedures and methods to evaluate, maintain and improve the quality of customer satisfaction, support the head of UW&CLM to prepare report for internal and external LCR affairs
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Be in charge of UW&CLM policies, application forms, standard operating procedures and mechanism, checklist set up by comply with new business, new product and compliance requirement;
Establish a robust quality management framework and implement UW&CLM QC effectively and timely;
Set up UW&CLM authority management methodology and maintain authority table timely;
Work closely with team members and the second line risk management team to conduct L&C&R issues, like BCP execution, internal and external audit, prepare reports according to regulatory requirements;
Complete the ad hoc work assigned from the line manager in high quality.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
The candidate should have at least 10 years experience in insurance UW&CLM operation, extensive experience in the area of second line risk management would be better;
Organized and analytical thinking strong verbal and communication skills, highly self-motivated, able to work independently;
Outstanding knowledge of the external environment in China-regulatory, political and competitors etc.
Proven ability to articulate complex issues and have ability to communicate with all levels of the company and the group;
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, complete the works under pressure;
Bachelor’s degree at least, good verbal and written English will be necessary.
