- Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondences, circular and other task that facilitate the Director's effective communication across the Company.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects. Activity requires extensive collaboration with multiple parties, and handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes.
- Making and managing travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, immigration and specific requirements of the countries/places travelled to for Director and family members.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Office or Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times and detail-oriented.
- Might be required to be on standby on Saturdays for urgent matters.
