We are looking for a Junior Helpdesk/Service Support Technician and Data Center Technician to provide first-level customer support, manage customer/data center-related logistic operations, and be a focal point for IT Services Team.
The candidate should have an overall technical understanding of employee environment equipment connectivity and a basic understanding of the common IT processes. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, be passionate about technology, be customer-oriented, and be patient. Responsibilities: Serving as a point of contact for IT Services Team seeking assistance with miscellaneous tasks, frontal and remote. Track computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution Create accounts and configure hardware as part of the onboarding process. Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records Can-do attitude, professionalism, and responsibility. Ability to work independently. Good technical understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. An ability to stick to strict deadlines. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, customer-oriented and cool-tempered. Advantage to: Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments (Windows 7,10, Mac OS X, Google Collaboration Apps and Office 365, Active Directory)..
