Human Resources Manager [Nigeria]


 

A faith-based Organization is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager who will take ownership of all Human Resource matters across the Organization, from Recruitment to Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Compensation and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and run the HR department operations daily with the capacity and capability to deliver the weekly goals of the organization.

2. Design and develop administrative and HR processes that will support in delivering the strategic goals of the organization.

3. Hire the right fits for roles, induct the hires and drive new hire performance to the desired performance goal within 3 months of resumption.

4.Prepare job descriptions and performance scorecards per position.

5. Assess training needs of each staff per quarter based on the rated monthly performance of staff, personal needs and future assignments.

6. Design a learning and development program per staff role and execute the training or learning program through internal or external resources

7. Design, develop and update clear administrative and HR policies and procedures.

8. Design and implement a customized Compensation and Benefit structure that is fair, rewarding, inspiring, and competitive.

9. Design a performance and appraisal management system that seeks to improve staff productivity.

10. Develop and implement unique welfare and staff care management system that seeks to meet the unique needs of employees.

11. Develop policy and practices to maintain employee and workplace privacy.

12.Develop & deploy staff engagement and retention strategies.

13. Develop and support management team with the capacity and capability to lead staff across all aspects of the Organization.

Key Requirements

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Management.

2. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

3. Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

6. Adept at problem solving and conflict resolution.

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

8. A degree in a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/06/2023
