The core job responsibility is to shape, promote and protect the reputation of Coca-Cola (primarily the company but also the brands) within Ukraine and Moldova, to create the conditions for sustainable business growth in line with the business goals. Moreover, you will:
- Perform the execution of the Europe OU overall strategic direction through local initiatives within the area of public affairs and communications.
- Enhance and protect the reputation of the Company, Category and Brands locally including potential impacts on the reputation across Europe and Globally.
- Drive franchise leadership with bottling partner to ensure PACS plans are aligned and effective
- Support all major business initiatives where communications might be of added value for the success of the local business
What You’ll Do for Us:
Public affairs and stakeholder engagement:
- Act as a lead representative of the company locally to further the company’s interest through the establishment of effective government and industry relations and building strong relationships and golden triangle partnerships with KOLs/businesses.
- Maintain franchise leadership through alignment on stakeholder outreach and goals.
Corporate and category reputation management:
- Lead initiatives that foster Community platforms and ensure proper amplification through paid owned and earned media
- Champion our sustainability, nutrition and health agenda and progress it locally through NGO engagement and forming the relevant partnerships
- Actively participates in the activities of national food and drink and soft drink trade associations, strengthening their proactive and reactive comms, GR and stakeholder management,
- Create and implement (in line with EU OU/Global strategy) effective programs to enhance corporate reputation, further the corporation’s sustainability agenda and enhance category perception
Media Relations (including digital):
- Act as a Company spokesperson when needed.
- Prepare and distribute news releases and corporate statements through most appropriate channels by relying in the Europe OU PACS pool for media strategy and content creation
- Manage preparation and execution of content for distribution through traditional and digital media
- Lead proactive media relations
- Manage all IMCR cases according to the global standards
Brand/Marketing Communications:
- Manage the execution of marketing PR campaigns /Liaise with the PR agencies to ensure the level and quality of service is as per the agreements/contracts
- Risk assessment of brand plans
Internal Communications:
- Ensure that achievements and issues of Coca-Cola are communicated to all employees in a timely manner
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional PR/GR experience.
- Native Language, Advanced English – both speaking and writing
- Stakeholder relations management
- Ability to work with the external very high-level audiences
- Develop unique ideas that can be used to address business issues and improve the organization
- Make personal decisions that impact our ability to drive organizational success
- Business writing
