Job Description:

We are fast growing company in Horeca industry looking for a part time Administrative/Accountant Collaborator (h/f/x) to join our team in Brussels!

Your Mission:

- Encoding invoice purchases, sales, financial, salaries

- Process employee’s expenses notes

- Quarterly VAT return

- Internal financial report

- Contact providers

-Communication with managers

Profile:

-You hold preferably at least a bachelor’s in business/accounting or equivalent experience

-You can operate on an independent basis and has a hands-on attitude

-You are flexible and like to take initiatives

-Have a good knowledge with MS Office package

-You speak fluently French and English is a plus

-Must be highly organized and proactive
