What will you do
- The PPM Lead is responsible for
- Lead and manage BU - NPD/NPI/LCM/Source Type II projects project portfolio
- Play as site core team member in NPD/NPI/LCM/Source and liaison extended team
- Support - Site portfolio management and governance (Project Management Office)
- Response to feasibility scope and coordinate with Site Program lead for NPD/NPI/LCM/Source Type II
- Support Make Excellence Lead for site development
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead team to manage site strategic projects, in the site such as capacity expansion, network optimization, trade customization
- Thailand Site SPOC for NPD/NPI/LCM/Source TypeII, and liaison extended team including engineering, production, and maintenance and technical team to deliver NPD/NPI/LCM projects in MAKE scope.
- Working closely with Make Excellence Lead to develop and update site strategy including expansion, network optimization etc.
- Lead team to manage projects portfolio including timeline, resource, CAPEX, priority, benefit, risk management, lead monthly meeting for regular reporting to site leadership team.
- CONNECT with regional franchise, MEX, value stream team to deliver if any ad-hoc and providing supports.
- Ad hoc activities and tasks assigned by MEX Lead
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree or above. Good communication in English is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Program/Project Management: PMP/PgMP certificate (or equivalents) is preferred
- Skilled: Team Management, Project Management, Coordination and Communication
